Accès Plus with disability card ≥ 80%
Do you want to benefit from the Accès Plus Transilien service and do you have a disability card greater than or equal to 80%? You are entitled to guaranteed station assistance and a guaranteed trip at no additional cost.
Guaranteed assistance at the station thanks to the help of an agent to greet you and, if necessary, to accompany you on and off the train.
A guaranteed trip because in the event of an unexpected event, the agent or call center will work with you to find an alternative solution so that you arrive at the destination station.
How to use the Accès Plus Transilien service?
If you wish to travel on the entire Île-de-France Transilien network: book with the Accès Plus Transilien call center until the day before your trip before 12 noon. The reservation is open 10 days before the trip. You can travel from the 1st to the last train.
If you wish to travel on the Île-de-France network of Transilien between accessible stations: present yourself at the station between 6:30 am and 8:00 pm Monday to Friday.
An accessible station allows all disabled people to move independently in the station and to the platform. Boarding the train may require human assistance.
The day of your trip:
- If you have booked the trip: arrive at the meeting point and at the appointed time with the Accès Plus Transilien call center.
- If you have not booked the trip: simply come to the info desk of your station before the departure time, to travel between 6.30 am and 8 pm Monday to Friday.
In the station, a Transilien agent will welcome you and if necessary help you for getting on and off the train.
You can also easily contact a Transilien agent, thanks to the free Andilien mobile application, at all Transilien SNCF stations in Île-de-France, for information or for assistance. He will answer you and come to meet you if you need help.
For RER lines A and B this service is coordinated with that of the RATP to offer you an end-to-end journey between a Transilien station and a RATP station.
