Have you lost an object during your trip?
Thanks to the "Lost & Found" service, all is not lost! To find a lost object or drop an object found on a train or station, simply create your account and declare your loss online.
Note that the objects are returned to their owner upon presentation of an ID and against the payment of a return tax of € 5 or € 10 depending on the value of the object, corresponding to the management fees.

Objects of no value, or of little value, are destroyed (used clothes, old umbrellas ...). The other objects found are kept for 30 days. After that, they are handed over to the Paris lost property office.
