Accès Plus Transilien for persons with reduced mobility with supporting document
Persons with reduced mobility with supporting documents can now book assistance (Decree no. 2023-1260). Assistance is then only possible when staff are present in stations (information can be consulted online at www.transilien.com, by approaching staff in stations or by calling the Assist'enGare unique platform).

The persons concerned are:
-persons arriving at stations with their own wheelchairs;
holders of a disability card (or Disability Inclusion mobility card) where the degree of disability recognised by the MDPH is at least 80%;
-holders of discharged or war pensioner cards;
-pregnant women with a pregnancy certificate or holders of the national family priority card mentioned in Article R. 215-3 of the French Social Action and Family Code;
persons in possession of a medical certificate attesting to the need for assistance in using a means of transport;
-persons whose mobility when using a means of transport is reduced due to age, who have either an inclusion mobility card or a disability card or a medical certificate attesting to the need for assistance when using a means of transport;
-holders of a European parking card for persons with disabilities, a European disability card, a disability or priority card issued by a Member State of the European Union, or another foreign document in the name of the holder enabling the holder to be identified and bearing unambiguous recognition of a disability or functional limitation.

Even if you don't have a supporting document, you can use the Assist'enGare unique platform to obtain information about the service, but you will not be able to book assistance.

How to use the Accès Plus Transilien service?
Our agents will do everything they can to help you travel on the Transilien network.
The travel and assistance guarantee is not applicable.
On the day of your journey, you can come to the station, where a Transilien agent will welcome you and do his or her best to help you travel on the Transilien network.
