Navigo Travelcards (16 Questions)

  • The Navigo Jour pass is available on the following media

    • Île-de-France Mobilités application
    • SNCF application
    • Personalized Navigo pass
    • Navigo Discovery Pass
    • Easy Navigo pass
  • You can load your Amethyst pass onto your Navigo pass at a point of sale or at an RATP or Transilien SNCF ticket machine.

  • The Améthiyste pass is only available with a personalized Navigo pass.

  • The Navigo Liberté + contract is only available on personalized Navigo pass.

  • If you notice a malfunction in your personalized Navigo pass, you can go to

    • at one of the transport companies' sales offices, at the SNCF Navigo Services counter or at certain RATP counters to have your Navigo pass checked. In the event of a proven malfunction, a new Navigo pass will be issued to you immediately, on presentation of proof of identity, in exchange for the defective Navigo pass.
    • At an RATP or SNCF ticket office: if the problem is confirmed, you will be given a repair coupon and a temporary card in exchange for the faulty Navigo pass. You will then have to go to a transport company's sales office, certain RATP counters or the SNCF Navigo Services counter where your new pass will be given to you free of charge in exchange for the repair coupon and the temporary card you received earlier. 

    You can also order your new Navigo pass from the RATP ticket office and obtain it within 3 days at the RATP ticket office of your choice.

    GOOD TO KNOW 
    If you are unable to travel, a third party can go to the ticket office with your Navigo pass, your proxy, your identity card and theirs.

    The exchange of the Navigo pass is free of charge, unless the deterioration is the fault of the holder. In this case, a flat fee of 8 euros (tax included) will be charged. 

    If you have used your telephone to load your tickets onto your Navigo pass, remember to bring your proof of purchase.

  • To report the loss or theft of your personalized Navigo pass, please go to one of the transport companies' sales offices, the SNCF Navigo Service Desk or certain RATP counters with proof of identity.

    Your Navigo pass will be replaced immediately. A fee of 8 euros will be charged. 

    Valid tickets (excluding the Navigo Jour pass) will be loaded onto the new Navigo pass. 
    However, we remind you that tickets purchased to travel if your Navigo pass is lost or stolen will not be refunded.

    GOOD TO KNOW

    • Your passes cannot be replaced on the same day they are purchased or loaded, nor the following day. 
    • If your pass is lost or stolen and it is loaded with a Navigo Jour pass, it cannot be replaced. You must buy a new one. The Navigo Jour pass can be reimbursed in accordance with the GCU.
    • If your Navigo Découverte pass is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be exchanged or reimbursed, and the passes purchased will not be reconstituted.

    To travel, you will have to buy a new Navigo Découverte pass at the price of 5€ and then purchase and load the desired transportation passes again.
