To ensure the proper functioning of the application, Users must observe some technical requirements, which may be amended.   
The User is required to observe the following technical instructions to optimally access the application and use the services offered. The User shall refrain from taking any action that may harm or disrupt the proper functioning or technical accessibility of the application. The following minimum settings are required to access the application:
iPhone 6S and IOS 12 and above, Android version 8 and above

OD&B is responsible for maintaining the application.

The #CPASLOINENTRAIN application does not collect personal data and does not save cookies on your device to collect personal data.  Anonymous statistics are collected on general use of the application.

SNCF Transilien does not warrant that its servers hosting the application are free from virus and other types of malware. The User is responsible for taking all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software from contamination by any virus circulating online. 
 
The User accepts that SNCF Transilien may not be held liable in any way for unforeseen, pecuniary and/or non-pecuniary, direct or indirect damage occurring as a result of accessing or using the #CPASLOINENTRAIN application, including inaccessibility, data loss, damage, destruction or virus that may affect the User’s computer device and/or the presence of virus on their application.
Moreover, any materials that are downloaded and/or obtained, in any way during use of the application are at the User’s risk and peril. SNCF Transilien shall not be liable in any way for data damage or loss suffered by their mobile telephone.

The whole #CPASLOINENTRAIN application is protected by French and international law on intellectual property. All rights of reproduction are reserved, including with regard to downloadable documents. All texts, graphics, icons, plans, logos, sounds, trademarks (...) and, more generally, all elements comprising the #CPASLOINENTRAIN application shall not be represented or reproduced, in full or in part, on any medium whatsoever, without the prior express permission of the Management at SNCF Transilien in accordance with Article L122-4 of the Intellectual Property Code.

Non-compliance with this prohibition shall constitute an act of infringement for which the perpetrator may be held liable under civil or criminal law. SNCF Transilien reserves the right to bring legal proceedings against any person who fails to comply with this prohibition.

Similarly, it is strictly prohibited to use or reproduce the name “SNCF”, “SNCF Transilien” and “SNCF Voyageurs” and/or their logo, alone or in conjunction with other names, in any way and on any medium whatsoever without SNCF Transilien’s prior consent in writing. 
Information disclosed on the #CPASLOINENTRAIN application may be amended or updated without notice. SNCF Transilien also reserves the right to make improvements and/or amendments to the #CPASLOINENTRAIN application at any time without notice.

The General Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. 
 
SNCF Transilien reserves the right to amend or update the General Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without the User’s prior consent. The User is consequently recommended to regularly refer to the most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions of Use available at all times on the application.

SNCF Voyageurs is liable for publication management.
