To benefit from the rates reserved for reformed people or war pensioners in Île-de-France, you must, depending on your situation, have:

  • a Disability Card with a blue bar,
  • a Disability Card with a red bar,
  • a Disability Card with two red bars,
  • or a Disability Card with two blue bars.

You live in Île-de-France and you have a Disability Card with 1 blue bar, you benefit from a 50% reduction:

  • on the T + Ticket books,
  • "Origin-Destination" tickets (individually or in booklet)
  • and trips made with a Navigo Liberté + contract.


This card is issued by the Departmental Offices of Veterans Affairs and War Victims.

It does not allow you to obtain an ONAC coupon.

If you do not live in Île-de-France, you benefit from

  • 75% reduction on the SNCF network and
  • 50% on the RATP network for the purchase of Origin / Destination tickets (individually or in booklet) and t + Ticket booklets.


If you live in Île-de-France, you can obtain an ONAC coupon allowing you to travel for free on the SNCF network and the RATP network and on regular services operated by private operators (OPTILE).

To do this, you simply need to request a coupon and collect it at a specific point for each department. It will be given to you on presentation of your disability card and proof of address attesting to your residence in Île-de-France.

This card does not give the right to discounts or ONAC coupons for a guide.

If you do not live in Île-de-France, you benefit from a 75% reduction on the SNCF network and 50% on the RATP network for you and your guide for the purchase of Origin / Destination tickets (individually or in book) and t + Tickets booklets. To qualify for the discount, your guide must travel with you.


If you live in Île-de-France, you can get two ONAC coupons (for you and your guide) for free travel on SNCF and RATP transport and on regular services operated by private operators (OPTILE).

For this, you must request coupons and collect them at a point determined for each department. They will be given to you on presentation of your disability card and proof of address attesting to your residence in Île-de-France.

If your guide is traveling with you, it benefits from free travel throughout the SNCF network and a 50% reduction on the RATP network.
