What services are offered by Navigo Service Agencies?

Navigo passes, mean Navigo Service Agencies!

In an agency, you can subscribe to your Navigo Annual, Navigo Month, Navigo Week, or Navigo Liberté +. You can also perform after-sales service on your Navigo pass. Choose your section.

You wish to subscribe to an Annual Navigo pass.

In an agency, get your Navigo pass and card on site and in one go.

To subscribe to your Navigo pass, remember to bring the following documents to our agency:

  • An ID,
  • Your bank information (if you choose to pay by direct debit),
  • A means of payment for the first monthly payment (credit card, check or cash),
  • Proof of address,

No need to take a photo with you, it will be taken directly in our Navigo Services agency.

You wish to subscribe to a Navigo Month, Week and Day pass.

You can subscribe to the pass of your choice on a personalized Navigo pass in a Navigo Services agency or in RATP and Optile commercial agencies.

You can also purchase these packages on the Navigo Discovery pass directly at the Navigo Services counter closest to you.

You wish to subscribe to a Navigo Liberté + contract

The Navigo Liberté + contract will be directly loaded onto your Navigo pass or, if you do not have one, a Navigo pass will be issued to you, responsible for the contract.
To subscribe to the Navigo Liberté + contract, when you come, remember to bring:

  • Your bank information,
  • your Navigo pass if you already have one,
  • the supporting document if you think you benefit from a reduced rate.

After sales

Need help managing your Navigo pass? No problem !

You can carry out all current after-sales operations (replacement of card, edition of employer certificate, suspension of package, modification of bank information, reporting of loss or theft, etc.) at Navigo Services or commercial agencies RATP and Optile.

Simple and fast, you can also subscribe online! Go to iledefrance-mobilites.fr section "I manage my card" and:

  • Enter the BIC and IBAN codes of your bank account,
  • Download a photo ID.

Upon validation of your request by our services, your Annual Navigo pass will be dispatched within 15 days (subject to postal deadlines).
