At the train stationOur teams are there to provide all your travel information. Some 4,500 easily identifiable Transilien representatives will gladly attend to your requests for travel information and guidance.A full range of documentation is available for you. Information leaflets are obtainable at train stations: network maps, 'Noctilien' bus service leaflets, Transilien ticket prices, Forfaits Loisirs, pocket-size maps... Noticeboards showing timetables and prices, in addition to network maps, can also be consulted at train stations. |
Real time informationAt the end of 2007, screens providing real time information covering train arrival times at platforms and any possible incidents will be installed at almost all Transilien train stations. Additional information is provided through the public address system. |
