Pricing
Ile de France is divided up into 8 pricing zones. This zone division is used to set subscription prices. Depending on your point of departure and arrival, you simply select the zone in which your ticket will be valid.

Purchasing your transport ticket
You may :
- Use the automatic dispensers available. Practical and easy to use, they enable you to purchase your transport tickets "in one simple operation"
- Go to any ticket office at train stations throughout the Ile de France
- Go to any underground and RER train stations

To purchase all your tickets and quickly recharge your Navigo pass with the season ticket best suited to your requirements. Simply follow the instructions given on the ticket machine. To confirm your choice, just press the screen. Over 600 ticket machines are at your disposal in our train stations.

* For all purchases for and above 150 €, two means of identification are required.

Reduced Prices 
- Children under 4 years of age travel free 
- Half-price tickets apply to:
          - children from 4 to 10 years of age
          - groups of children under 16 years of age or school groups with at least 10 children and accompanying by an adult

Refund, After-Sales
Non-refundable : Standard tickets and ticket books, Mobilis, Ticket Jeunes, Paris Visite.

These tickets are neither refundable, nor exchangeable but do not have to be used before a set expiry date.
