Musée du quai Branly Quai Branly museum

The building was designed by the architect Jean Nouvel. It resembles a long footbridge running between the trees. This new museum is an ineustible source of discovery for the arts and civilisations of Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas.
There is a central zone divided up into the four main geographic areas. The collection of African art is one of the biggest in the world. A multitude of objects are on display there, from the most everyday items to the greatest masterpieces.

Musée du quai Branly
A number of pathways and junctions create zones where the civilisations come together around a number of clearly defined themes.

Each year, around ten temporary exhibitions will complement the permanent collections.
