The medieval city of Provins, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, has no less than 58 buildings on the national Historical Monuments register to admire: • the Grange aux Dîmes, a 13th century Gothic house. The models of merchants and craftsmen enable visitors to get a glimpse of what the famous Champagne markets were like at the time. • the Provins Museum, home to collections of medieval sculptures, ceramics and gold plate works.
